It was alot easier than I thought it would be, except for act 3.

Oh I did, lol.
It didn't help that he was an emo, with hair from Final Fantasy, and also a wuss.
Snake is so cool because he's the opposite of all those things, lol. He's flawed, he's mean, and he knows everything.
I love MGS because of Snake. I love DBZ because of Vegeta. When you take those characters out for long enough, the flaws in the actual game start to present themselves. Especially if you replace them with a much more annoying character.

Also, another major problem with MGS2, is its short length. Also, the story is very nonsensical. The ending is just an open ending nothing.
I remember being so dissapointed when I beat that game. It was horrible for me. That's why I still hate it to this day. I beat MGS1 like 20 times, seriously. Waited in hot anticipation for years for MGS2, and I got a game with the best graphics ever seen in a videogame at that time, and everything else about the game was dissapointing. Especially the lack of snake, and the story itself, which made no sense to me, at all, even to this day, after it has been fully explained, it still sucks.
That's my opinion on MGS2, lol. Now let us never speak of it again. I wish I could just call it non-canon, like Highlander 2, and be done with it.

I want to also praise the mulitplayer of cod4, truly outstanding. There will be no game this gen that will have the same quality multiplayer as cod4, Ifinity Ward peformed a miracle and for that reason cod5 will be forgotten in a months time! This game managed to eclipse Megaman2 as my favourite game off all time and that is an achievement in it self. If you do not agree with me that is fine but name a game this gen that is better than Mgs4, do not even bother cause there is no such game! Thank you Hideo

The gen isn't over. There are plenty of other games. You may thank Hideo Kojima for a great game, but he himself wasn't satisfied with the experience of MGS4. This is why he will work on MGS5. He wants to make a game that balances great cinematics and still has a lengthy amount of gameplay unlike MGS4.

I have and played all of them except the Acid games, and this game was a disappointment. It just didn't feel like a Metal Gear Solid game. The story was weak, and the unexpected plot twists were lacking. When I played the game the second time, I felt bored with it, and realized how disappointing it was. I can play MGS1, 2, 3, portable OPs, etc anytime and never get bored with them. Yes I like the second one.
Honestly after MGS3 this was a disappointment.
Hooray for less codec conversations but for the LOVE OF CHRIST. The cut scenes were full of so much POINTLESS SHIT that I refuse to watch cut scenes anymore for games because this game just DRAGGED IT ON.
Honestly the amount of time and effort that went into these cut scenes, could of being done in REAL TIME, or even better had MORE GAMEPLAY TIME. Or even after Splinter Cell or even Gears of War Kojima could of learned to FIX THE CONTROLS.
Even as a big Meta Gear fan, I just couldn't like this as much as Snake Eater.
No. Top 3, no doubt.
Gears of War 2 was better, with online playing. Two 10/10-games.
