Alright im just gonna jump right into it. I went to college for a year and when the time came to pick a major i said fuck it and bailed. Now ive had a year to actually sit down and think of what i want to do and ive come to the conclusion that making video games would be a heck of a lot of fun (although more than likely tedious work)
I hated visualbasics in high school, but it was my freshman year so maybe it was because i was just immature with hormones going wild...then again i cant sit still and work on something without getting distracted, unless im being watched then im all like "oh shiz better get this done" alright thats besides the point! i cant draw anything more than stick figures, but oddly i can draw something fairly decent if im looking at it (but when it comes to trying to draw something from my imagination i can not) i have, or so i think, great story ideas but alas i am not too good on writing (infact i hate writing anything, right now im even hating myself for typing this stupid thread up) and of course im good at playing games...
So here i am now making this thread asking you, anyone who has experience in going to a school or whatever for gaming, to give me advice. im looking for what school should i go to, what i should do to prepare, just anything that can help me really.
