 the online has a lot of problems, but im hoping they get fixed. but right now, i actually like the gears 1 online better than gears 2. so after i beat the campaign again on insane, im not going to play gears 2 alot anymore and just forget about that achievement. its only 50 gamerscore anyway.

Seriously 2.0 and Party Like its 1999, seem pretty easy for me to get, without doing anything out of the ordinary. I"m sitting around 2000 kills now and will probably play the multiplayer for a long time to come (played Gears 1 for pretty much 2 years...).

I don't think any of these achievements seem particularly hard, honestly.

I have 1500 kills in COD4 after 10 hours that would mean I need around 660 hours or 26-27 full days to accomplish 100k kills in COD4 and COD 4 is fast in kills while Geow is way slower...   Easily take me 60-70 full days to accomplish that...hmm no thx =p.

I think it's going to take me about 6 months. I plan on doing a lot of multiplayer and Horde Mode for it, but I also intend to replay the campaign. In Act 5 when you ride the Brumack into the final section to topple the pillars, it seems a lot of the enemies are respawning. You could sit there and bang out enemies to your heart's desire. That whole section of Brumack riding put me up over 100 kills in a matter of twenty minutes.

So how about you folks? I predict it'll take Erikers about 9 more days where his eyes will bleed and coffee will be inserted into him through an IV.

Heh, I'll get it eventually.  I played for about 4 months getting 12,700 kills in the first Gears just to get the 10k achievement.  This might take longer though even with horde, campaign and annex counting now.

Well, if i havent unloked it by july 1, i never will, because i am not going to play videogames for like 1 year... :( and that achievement its impossible for me in less than 6 months.

People have already unlocked the Seriously 2.0 achievement according to mygamercard. I think on the last level you can get about 100+ kills per minute or so, but I dont have the game so can't confirm that.

But im guessing if you replay the last level over and over you could get the achievement eventually.



It's just that simple.

Im at 1000 kills after 4 days

thats 250 a day.

100000/250 = 400 days...holy crap!

I'm at roughly 2200 after two days, and that's without yet getting to this mythical last campaign level yet. It'll still take me months, though.

Zombie Genocider isn't as tough as it sounds.

I'm not even going to try for the Seriously 2.0 achievement. If it happens, it happens.
