I personally don't think that's going to happen as of right now...... I compared PS3 and 360 sales using the Chartz, and when PS3 launched, 360 sales were beating PS3 by about 5.5 Mil, and the gap has widened..... It may be my mistake, but from using the Chartz.... PS3 has made no ground yet.

I think it depends when/if Sony decides to drop the price. But right now I doubt they'll catch MS since next gen should hit in 2011.

What do you mean by maybe a couple of weeks? I meant by in TOTAL sales. Not weekly sales or monthly or whatever you meant.
well not anytime soon...
but the future can be positive for the ps3 if things are done right...

Wow, just 2 months ago everyone said that the PS3 would outsell the 360 either late 2009 or in 2010, and now people are saying its not going to happen.
Honestly its a $199 console vs a $399 console selling nearly on par, do you actually believe that if the more expensive console dropped in price there would be no difference?

Of course it will, never doubt the power of the Playstation brand. PS3 is still extremely expensive compared to 360, still has it's big franchises to release yet it is doing more then fine. Of course Wii can not be caught but this is a 360 and PS3 comparison, year head start and 360 only has a 5M lead over PS3. Pathetic to say the least, so many things MS has done yet sales are rubbish.
