The article states that the last game Kondo scored was Ocarina of Time on his own. That's true if you wanna be technical, but you could say Majora's Mask was the last game as he scored, as he composed the entire soundtrack save for three battle themes written by Toru Minegishi. He still writes pieces here and there, but it's not the same. I'd love for Kondo to start being on as many projects as possible like the old days.

I see. I had known about that for a while - you made me fear he had given up his job altogether. Still, it certainly has had a negative effect on his output. On the bright side, I think he would want to get in on the action as much as possible with Zelda Wii, as he's been talking about composing Zelda music for an orchestra for a while now. He did some work on Galaxy after all, and I certainly wouldn't mind him and Mahito Yokota co-working on the next Zelda.
