For those who read UK’s Car Magazine, there was an article about the Citreon GT concept car, and it stated that this car is going to be in Gran Turismo 5 this coming spring. Even though these magazines and web sites do not provide 100% accurate information, there is still the possibility that it may be true. Also, with the fact that GT’s creator, Kazunori Yamauci, made the comment in an interview with the winner of the GT5 Prologue Middle East Challenge that the game may most likely be out earlier than expected, there is some hope that this might be true. That would be a huge holiday game that would be very hard to compete with. If it was released with a price cut, Sony will get a LOT of sales...

 Yeah imagine if ps3 gets a price cut in march and release the sametime Gt5 along with ff13 demo the sales would be quite high.

GT5 will be biggest game in 2009 on any platform but i doubt it will release in spring.

Uffff... Price cut/GT5/FFXIII demo is enough for Japan to wake up...

Sony can have a very good year in japan if they play smart.

I doubt it. GT5 would have had a bigger presence at E3, GDC, and TGS if it was going to be released in Spring 2009. I imagine $100 price drop, God of War 3, and GT5 happening at the end of next year.
