Forums - General - My sentiment on President Obama....

This video told me more about halogamer than it did about Obama or democrats. Fucking let it go, man. It wasn't funny, it wasn't informative, and we already have a Barack Roll which is way better. I can't believe somebody wasted their time making this thinking it was cute or something. Rick Rolls aren't to be used for the purposes of whining and bitching and moaning. Rick Rolls are for Rick Rolling and being hilarious and awesome. I'm more pissed that this was a misuse of a Rick Roll than its dumb message.

I don't remember attacking Bush while he was President-Elect. I didn't hate Bush until he ruined the fucking country. Obama got more of the popular vote and electoral vote than Bush did either term. He stole your precious Indiana, Virginia, and North Carolina. He cracked open the south. There is not a single elected Republican in New England. The Republican Party is no longer a national party. They're a regional party. And now they're all ganging up on Palin and trying to make her the fallguy and it's hilarious and pathetic. It looks to me like the people want Democrats and are sick of Republicans. They gave us up and let us down, and said time and time again that they don't care what the public thinks. Fuck 'em.

Let's at least wait until Obama screws up before the pissing and moaning begins.

You can piss and moan all you want once he screws up, but this kind of childishness only makes the Republican Party seem even more narrow-minded and even less politically relevant.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

what akuma said. At least wait until he does something to bitch about it.

Birth certificate, illegal aunt, illegal contributions, support of genocidal Odinga of Kenya, support of ACORN, mockery of the Bible, cultish supporters, violation of the Logan Act, etc., etc.  I could say the time for screw ups has already passed...

BTW, this vid is not mine  (Rubang....)

For once I actually agree with Rubang. Your motivation to create this thread is pathetic. Also halogamer we understand you didn't make the video but you claim to agree with it's sentiments. Why do you want to see Obama's birth cercifiacte? You don't think someone would've checked that a long time ago? How about you ask Governer Arnold for a birth certificate. Then again he's down with you guys so it's cool.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.

Money talks man, money talks.  Plus this one he put up one factcheck was a fraud--no stamp, incorrect format for 1961, father would be listed as colored ot Negro for that time, etc.  Dig deep on this and you'll see my logic--hell Phil Berg a lifelong Dem brought it up...

I am really sad. I thought Halogamer would just give up, take his ball and go home. But nope, now we have to listen to his bitching and moaning for the next 4-8 years. He'll support any war the US wages, cheer on launching missiles into a sovereign nation we aren't at war with, killing civilians, but he won't back any president of the US and for reasons far less egregious than anything any other president has done. That's not patriotism, that's sick is what it is.

Bigjon at least acted like a man and a patriot and said he will get behind the new President of the United States even if it's not the one he would prefer. You have alot of growing up to do Halogamer before you are half the patriot alot of the people here are. Let's be clear, I'm not a patriotic person but clearly neither are you.

Congrats to my liberal friends. Although I don't like Obama, I trust he will move centrist. Damn... Oh well --- 2012 is only 4 years away.

I agree with Akuma. You're commitment and political involvement is admirable on many levels. I may intensely dislike your party, but I have the outmost respect for both you and McCain.

Thanks stof.  Hopefully, Reid and Pelosi won't reel in the new President Obama (I am still gonna have to get used to that) and make him ultra-conservative--partial birth abortion, tax rules, secret ballot eradication, Fairness act, etc.

Stof disagree's with you.  I don't question my loyalty or patiotism, I just want to see a certificate for Pete's sake!!

From an outsiders perspective I must say that Obama had far larger support worldwide. Which bodes well for the US's relations with the rest of the world (especially with Europe). Hopefully Obama can reverse the dislike of the US that was caused by Bush.
