Chrono Cross sucks?! C'mon that is just not true!
What exactly sucks in the game? Great battle system, awsome graphics, excellent music, character are a little shallow I'll admit, but the story, inspite being poorly told, it's still a good story...
I'm not saying that the game compares to the AWSOMENESS that is Chrono Trigger, but "the game sucked and always will"?

I'll admit my feelings about the game are clouded by the fact it's supposed to be a Chrono Trigger sequel. I found the story terribly boring, there's too many characters you end up not caring for any of them, the battle system was good but I was waiting for double techs and triple techs (also the last fight is so lame). The atmosphere of the game didn't click with me, it has none of the charm of CT.

I see a lot of people hate this game because it's the sequel of Trigger, so I'm guess I'm lucky for playing Cross before Trigger (in fact, I played Trigger because of Cross). So, with nothing to compare it to, I found the game to be absolutely amazing, a truly masterpiece, I loved the story, the huge cast of characters was a fantastic move in my opinion (because, well, I'm the biggest Suikoden fan afterall), and the battle system was so innovative that it blew me away. In fact, when I played Trigger after it, I didn't like it as much as Cross, it was an excellent game, no doubt, but for me Cross is better

I agree with the first part mostly, but CC>CT !? I've lost all my respect for you! The only way to get it back is this: You have to say that you're a false prophet and CC is a superstition or else I'll have to kill you with a bowling pin

I think I'll survive. So yes, I stand by my sentence, I enjoyed CC more than Trigger, Cross was a game that hooked me up from the start, I loved every single part of the story, and the dual worlds were such a magnificent idea that the game's still one of my favourites ever. Trigger, on the other hand, while I recognize that's an excellent game (and I also give that at that time when it was released it should've been a huge revolution), suffered a bit from the fact that I played it when the game was more than 10 years old, so, while it's aged very well (like I said in my first post), the story and the battle system aren't as complex as Cross.

I think RE4 does get old if constantly played. But if you beat it and then leave it alone, you can play it agian in 9-12 months and it will be just as fun.

Mario Kart on the other hand doesn't get old as long as you have friends to play with. The one player game has been old since 1993. And even the multiplayer gets old once one of your friends gets really good at it and keeps winning races constantly.

Which of them? Chrono Trigger or Chrono Cross? Don't tell me you've never heard of them

never heard of chrono? i could understand if you never played it, but come on its chrono trigger one of the best games ever.

was FF7 your first RPG?

Wii/Mario Kart Wii Code:2793-0686-5434

IMO turn based games age really well, but most action/platform games don't. I don't care for 8-bit games anymore, they are way too tedious.  lol, mega man 9 was a horrible experience for me.

I honestly disagree with you on the 8 bit thing. There are gems there that never get old.

Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games.  If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.

RE4 is the same thign over and over and over. I don't see why it should be played again after I beat it. Not to mention the fact that they have rocket launchers in there... seriously wtf?
