The OP is absolutely correct. Success is solely determined by number of threads. Resistance 2 = major flop. Wii Music had more threads at launch!

PS3 owners are busy playing all those games that have stormed the console. No time for talking and making threads....

I own it and it is great. No flop here. It's third on my list of PS3 games released this year MGS4 >> LBP > R2. The cooperative is the best online gaming experience released this year, in my opinion.

         They also gave MGS4 a 10, and Too Human a 30, so it swings both ways.  As more and more reviews for R2 come in they are apparently not stellar across the board.  Many of the complaints listed in the lower scores are repeated by reviewers, and even members who play the game on this site.  Maybe the reviewer didnt really enjoy the game, that is his/her opinion. 

That does not stop R2 from being a phanominal game, and one I wish i could own, with awesome multi-player elements, ect.  The biased reviewer posts are kind of funny, just give it up already.
