In level 1, my record is only 6 special shots. Can you explain to me how you you do please ?

You might have to start a new game. I did it on my second playthrough, saving nobody in level 2 and replaying level 2 again (and still not saving anyone).

I did it on Normal, but it's probably doable in Hard too. You can go through most of the first part using the gattling gun (you have just enough time to start it at the beginning). And for the the second part, like a coward I stayed hidden most of the time waiting for the support to take out most of the Surge guys, and only start shooting when only on enemy is left and the timing is easy.

You need to use the rocket launcher with bouncing rockets (the second one if I remember correctly). You'll get a special shot if you manage to kill an enemy with the blast of a rocket that had bounced a few times and exploded without directly touching an enemy. Restart the shooting sequence if you didn't get one with your rocket. And get the other special shots the usual way (exploding barils, collapsing roof).

I tried titles 1 and 2 with your affirmations and it works correctly. :)
For the title 33, the rocket Launcher must be upgraded ?
For the title 16, I'll test your tip when I'll be once again at level 21. ;)

I'm enjoying this game a lot more than I expected to. I was horrified to get the award for "consistently appallingly bad driving", however.

^You don't have to worry, I died more in those parts too.

I bought the game yesterday, i've played around 2-3 hours and it's great, fresh and enjoyable experience.

Finally, I've got all titles. Thank you for all !

I did, use the machine gun with fully upgraded with maximum combat aptitude. But It was hard.

Machine gun fully upgraded + Volcano and try to lock lava and not rock.
300 000 PB if I remember correctly.
