just before American numbers came in the 360 was 30.1%
Despite outselling the PS3 by 20k in america it dropped and the PS3 stayed the same .... Why is this?
The 360 has only 23% of console sales for the week so it will drop faster since it's initial percentage is higher
Because it is aproximated (there are more numbers, like 30,03059834895908w356890) and the wii is growing slowly, it is @ 47,7 but is selling more than 50%.
So you don't need a PS3 increase to decrease the X360 % numbers.

because theres more consoles on the market each week and unless the 360 sells a really high number to stay even, the % will drop if below a certain number.
