Great game....deserving of such an award!

That's good I suppose. I wasn't impressed by the game. No level stood out for me in the story mode. Most of the community levels are pretty boring. Only liked 2 of them.

Hope there are many more to come.

If they win too many awards and Sony places them on the box art people won't know what they are buying. THEY WILL OVERTAKE THE COVER!!!

Seriously though, this is very much deserved. My vote for GOTY. It brings something fresh to the table instead of the same things we have been seeing for years now.

Good job for LBP, it's great to see a good game get awards it deserves.

Let's be honest, aside from a possible "GOTY"-sticker on the box, all these prizes don't mean diddly.

I'm quite sure that the developers would rather get 10k copies sold instead of a prize.

I think that view stems more from you being a core/hardcore gamer (judging by your game collection).

The scope of the game is huge. It feels like it's on the verge of a Pokemon/Tamagotchi kind of phenomenon. It will have huge legs.
