Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo DS vs. Nintendo DS Lite vs. Nintendo DSi

Hmmm, I'm actually really wanting one of these. I was actually thinking of importing one. I assume it'd be like every other handheld, being non region protected and all, right?

Because I know I could handle the menus and such being in japanese, and it'd be fun to mess around with stuff.

Oh, but would I only get Japanese version DSware stuff? Because that wouldn't be any good.

I don't suppose anyone knows?

I ahve got a DS Lite, and I think it's a pain when they keep changing all the time, it makes you feel like you wasted your money on your previous version.

Send me a message if you have added me.

I would like to know if you can actually close the DSi while listening to music. That way it would be a great music Player (honestly, I hate buying a new iPod Nano every 18 months or so, iPods never last a long time for me) and the camera would make for nice virtual shnapshot collections so I could actually take it with me and have pictures of my girlfriend and my friends on it. I like that idea.

Now if it would be possible to use it as a real music player, that would be great.

I have a old ds, and it cracked like PowerOn's. I cnt wait to get this.
