if we are just going by Nintendo made software -> Mario Kart and Brawl were released this year... just fyi

Along with Wario Land, Disaster Day of Crisis, Animal Crossing, wii fit (on wii) and professor layton, advance wars, kirby super star, rhythm tengoku (for importers) pokemon mystery dugeon (on ds) i can safely say no, it wasn't in any way the worst year for a nintendo console

SSBB, MKWii, DDoC, De Blob, No More Heroes, CoD WaW, Wario Land:Shake It, Boom Blox, Tales of Symphonia Dawn of The New World, Okami, Sonic Unleashed, Final Fantasy Chocobo's Dungeon, Blast Works, Mushroom Men, and Animal Crossing City Folk are all Decent-Great games I'm getting for sure/got from this year. This isn't including Wiiware or VC. Compare that to my gamecube where some times I went a year without getting a game, this is far from their worse. Holiday probably, and only if you making it Nintendo only excluding third parties, but year no.

It's the worst for Wii and any console this gen but Nintendo's had worse in the past.

really people, the lineup for the ps3 and xbots are raising expectations to unrealistic levels for the wii.

Well I am not sure if it is the worst, but it is definately not the best. But I don't mind much since I have plenty of games to keep me busy for the rest of the year.

i dont know if its THE worst holiday line up ever from nintendo but it is up there with the worst, but i don't really care about holiday line up much, mario kart wii could last me the whole gen lol

If u guys look at the top 10 Gamecube games sold by Nintendo (in mln sellers section), u will see that ALL of those franchises have already come to Wii except Luigi's Mansion.
And Wii has only been out for 2 years O_o
