Worst Ever? Best ever? What do you think?
Nintendo as a publisher, or their console? If as a publisher I would say yeah probably the worst, but if you mean games coming from 3rd parties as well then far from it. Also if the later of the two you have specify if you mean Wii or DS.
How so? Animal Crossing is one of the best GCN games ever made and I'm so pumped for the Wii version. Both Wario Land & Kirby are excellent titles as well. People need to stop expecting a new Zelda and Mario every year.
It can't hold a candle to what they did last year or the year before. And it's subpar for Nintendo. But there's still plenty to choose from. I rather enjoyed Wii Music, and am considering buying it. Animal Crossing's also a big title for a lot of people. Wario Land looks fun, and Kirby Superstar was pretty good, even if it is just a remake.
That said, it would be much, much stronger if they hurried Fire Emblem and Rhythm Heaven, and ported Fatal Frame IV and Disaster. Those additions still wouldn't top last year, but they'd help quite a bit...
So all agree this is the worst year of gaming for a Nintendo console ever or...

For the year? Not even close. For a holiday? It's kinda in the middle.
CIHYFS?
This is nothing compared to the late Gamecube days.

This Holydays I'll stick just with Guitar Hero IV, Animal Crossing and Tales of Symphonia 2. Those 3 should keeo me busy for a looooooooong time.

I thought we were just talking about their holiday lineup, which is kinda what the title said... Brawl and Kart alone makes the year fantastic, and that's before we get to their other other games. No, it's been a great year, but only a decent holiday season.
