I agree, I never thought that Sega would be one of if not THE biggest supporters of a Nintendo console.. I mean they have similar ideologies but wow.. just wow..

All I can say is keep it up Sega! At least you know how to balance your casual with your core and look at your casual! Mario & Sonic! Better than Ubisofts casual crap.. Although Shaun Whites does look promising..

It's like they know that any real seriousness in the games is offset by the drop dead terrible voice acting so they're not even going to try to do anything about it, just roll with it.

the voice acting is intentionally bad, its part of the whole 70s feel.

as the game maker said, its not a 30 hour long RPG or anything buts its a fun, 'mature' title for those hardcore gamers who feel dissatisfied

on a side note a love these hardcore games that dont take themselves too seriously, kinda like madworld and no more heroes and disaster day of crisis (in some ways)

Its still not the core game we waiting for either way, though I admit I feel stoke when I first seen the gameplay footage but this isnt still the core game we waiting for.

I still have to find a more than 24 hour long game from the Wii asides from Okami and Zelda I think the core game we waiting for was just a slogan/advertisement/
promotion and shouldnt take seriously...

Its a step in the right direction, this and Mad World. Both mature games with some qaulity about them. Beats the hell out of shovelware targeted at 12 year olds.

@yushire: sega knows better about core gamers than nintendo... nintendo is comparable with ubisoft, not in quality but in their concern about core gamers. imo nintendo is ruining the industry :S

only thanks to sega core owners will want a wii, if not only casuals will buy it, since nintendo of america dont care for games like disaster, captain rainbow, fatal frame, or the new japanese conference games. nintendo only brings wii fit, wii music, animal crossing and cheap ports from gamecube :(

Yushire: maybe you aren't waiting for this because you don't like lightgun shooters, but this is absolutely a core game, looks fantastic and is a must buiy for me.

Somehow I really missed the moment where even arcade shooters aren't core anymore. 2009: 3 Sega games are a sure buy. Gamecube era: one (Arcadia).
