Braid deserves to be on the top ten games of all time, bar-none.

Other than that, my list would include Earth Defense Force 2017, The Darkness, and a laundry list of near-ignored Wii games (Mercury Meltdown, Kororinpa, Excite Truck, Toki Tori, de Blob, Blast Works, and House of the Dead 2 & 3 are the ones that come to mind at the moment.)

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

Those four games all got good reviews so I don't agree with you there. I Haven't played any of the other games, but I would probably agree with Excite Truck.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

Thing is, they deserved better than the 77-80% average they got. Reading over the reviews for those games, it seems like they all suffer from the, "Ohmigod this game is great! It has very few flaws, even! *gives game a 7*" phenomenon that's rampant among Wii game reviews.

Agree with you 100%!  I'm still shocked by 1up's Review of a D+.  Still need to finish this game too.

I know! It's a great game. The only problem I faced with it was that sometimes the SFX didn't play when you chopped your enemy's head off, but that's a minor bug and happened rarely. I thought it was an amazing action-adventure game, I also liked that it focused more on adventuring than most big franchises(DMC, GoW, NG) in the genre do.

Dead rising............... Should have been a 90+ AAA game.

Eh. Out of those I've played Mercury, De Blob and HotD and the reviews seemed pretty spot on to me.

I'd also agree with Excite Truck though. For what it was, it was a hell of alot of fun. Better than Motorstorm.

I don't know. I have Mercury Meltdown and played the others, but I think a 80 is fair for them. Maybe 1-2 sites underscored them, but overall I feel their metacritic score is fair. Maybe a tiny on the low side, but not unreasonable.

excite truck, battallion wars 2, endless ocean, heavenly sword are some games i loved but i never see get much love from ppl ...i haven't played fire emblem radiant dawn yet but i love the series so i will say that also

Wii Play. It's dead on awesome, and has an absolutely huge value for the money, considering the low price.

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn - self-explatorinary.

Toki Tori - Awesome platformer-puzzle, and definately among the top of Wiiware. Perhaps just slightly underrated.

The Godfather: Blackhand Edition - Has spot on Wii controls, and a lot going on in the town. I've played it for over 100 hours, and taken over every single enemy owned place. Graphics aren't top notch, but everything else is marvellous.

Big Brain Academy: Wii degree - it's a game you get addicted too, and that's great! It definately improves your ability to think fast in certain cases, and with a friend it's fun as heck.
