Braid deserves to be on the top ten games of all time, bar-none.

Other than that, my list would include Earth Defense Force 2017, The Darkness, and a laundry list of near-ignored Wii games (Mercury Meltdown, Kororinpa, Excite Truck, Toki Tori, de Blob, Blast Works, and House of the Dead 2 & 3 are the ones that come to mind at the moment.)

Those four games all got good reviews so I don't agree with you there. I Haven't played any of the other games, but I would probably agree with Excite Truck.

Thing is, they deserved better than the 77-80% average they got. Reading over the reviews for those games, it seems like they all suffer from the, "Ohmigod this game is great! It has very few flaws, even! *gives game a 7*" phenomenon that's rampant among Wii game reviews.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
