I ask for 'no ice' since it's already cold when it comes out of the machine.  I just finished demolishing a DWC (Double whopper w/cheese), and went to drink, and it was no juice.  It was like 1/2 of a gulp before it was gone.

At Burger King (Hungry Jacks in Aus) you can refill as many times a you want. Guess it's different in America...

Yeah, they try to fill it up with 60% ice so they have to give less soda, unless I ask them not to, they always give me TOO MUCH ICE.
