WAit, they expected an FPS to have a cover system... I can't think of one FPS with a cover system.

9 is a good score. Insomniac did a good job. Can't wait for the game

Seriously, though, I hope scores like this (and hopefully some higher) keep coming.

Rainbow Six: Vegas (1 and 2) and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, but I think they pull you out of your first person viewpoint to a third person view.

Otherwise, Killzone 2 has a cover system which keeps you in first person.

I really enjoyed R:FoM so it can only get better from here on no matter other reviewers can complain about.

The new James Bond game seems to have a cover system as well, but it puts you into third person view.

Either way, I am certainly getting interested in R2 and I would hardly call myself a FPS fan.
