Actually that was a very good mini-series and did demonstrate the complete lack of any duty the VP has. He was only active on the one rare occasion where the Senate was tied and he had to cast the final vote. He then made a huge thing out of it to the dismay of the Senators.
OT: She is such an idtiot. I really can't beleive he picked her.
