actually it is very difficult to notice those scan lines unless you have sasuke eye.
and those line not always appears, only when there is a fast movement. scane line really not a problem, you can give it a try before buying it.

I recommence you buy 3000, as the color, lighting are much superior than 2000

If you're a fan of arcade shooters, buy Gradius Collection. 5 of the best games the SHMUP genre can offer + hours of fun (or frustration, depends how good you are) for less than $50 = Win.

I hope the D-pad on the 3000 works better than the two other models though...

I also got one recently. Silent hill rules on it. Nothing beats the scares you get while playing this game late at night just before going to bed or in bed (my missus hated when I did that)
