I just picked up my reserve at gamestop and tried to redeem my code. and yes it was sealed and yes it is case sensitive.

I keep getting the code is not valid, anyone else having this problem?

No, the codes will still work (as its from Sonys Servers as you are using Redeem Promotion Code). I got my Kratos code and worked.
