I think you're too harsh on Fable, PES is the biggest game going in Spain, and many other European countries too. When you take into account 360 installed base there, it's not doing too bad at all. Looking where it charted in all the other European charts I would have to guess it's the biggest selling 360 exclusive game of the year in PAL region. Will be interesting to see if it comes out on top against gears 2. It should pass Elspa Gold (200k) in UK next week. I would say Fable II has been a huge success for Lionhead in Europe.

Moto GP seems to be doing well too. Maybe I'll have to check that game out.
