So whats better? Having played the BETA and SMG I think SMG pawns all over LBP. But what do you think?

Well, considering SMG is the best 3-d platformer out there, I'd say the chances are pretty slim of LBP outclassing it. User generated levels are going to be interesting( to put it mildly) but they probably wont match the platforming genius of the Mario team

while LBP cannot beat SMG in level quality, I think the fact that it contains an actual coop (instead of the "hey collect shit for me while I play" from SMG) and that it will have many more hours of enjoyment than SMG due to user created content evens it out a bit. I'll call them a tie in my mind from what I've played of both (played a bit of SMG at a friend's and played the beta for LBP)
