i agree with every thing, except i found this funny, could you give an example of "adult" humour (not humour that causes an M on the cover, but humour meant only for adults to understand)

The Wii would sell even more consoles if GTA was on the Wii. GTA Wii game would sell millions.

Itd probably stay similar, as Nintendo is capable of putting out M rated games, as they have in the past. Nintendo is very big on "forumula". If it sells, dont revamp it

If Nintendo acquired GTA I doubt they would change it all. They know how well the game sells so why would they mess with it?
