look at the picture, he's holding the wiimote back and pointing up. =) hence, not gonna happen (I was going by the pictures, not the descriptions. It appears they don't match up, which I didn't notice before)
The pointing with the wiimote and then pulling back on the nunchuck I suppose would work, but I don't think it would really add that much to the experience unless you can aim by moving it left and right, rather than aiming with the wiimote.
Although I suppose you could assume that the wiimote and nunchuck are together when you start and then take left/right/up/down movement as aiming...
