Forums - Microsoft - xbox Primetime is not so prime.

Interesting. I wasn't expecting the primetime games to ship with NXE, so it's of no importance to me.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

I think they've been a little vague on Primetime really; they've only announced one real initiative (1 vs 100) and just hinted at other content. As such, I'm wont get excited about it, till I know more.

VG247 did say this though http://www.videogaming247.com/2008/10/21/microsoft-on-primetime-delay-november-19-is-only-the-beginning/ ; more ambiguity about the complete NXE!

I'm not too sure how well quiz shows'd work at home.

It's not gonna be difficult to answer questions with google at hand.

Since it seems like Microsoft is planning on updating during the fall and spring (well "biannual"), I wonder if they're planning on having something big for both times or if it's just primetime. They're probably trying to get licenses for more games for families to have access to, just in case some people aren't too big on the 1 vs. 100 game.

I am pretty sure that they are no longer tied to the biannual update, meaning they can push out updates whenever new content is "complete".  They've made no promises as to what this new content is though (outside of Primetime) so this may just be marketing speak.

Regardless, I'm excited about the party feature and am looking forward to the NXE.

When is "You're in the Movies!" coming out? That's the only one I care about.

Google won't work on a timer.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.
