My Top 10:
1) Super Mario Galaxy - The definitive Wii title. Excellent graphics (given hardware), accessible for the Casual but deep enough for the hardcore. Most importantly doesn't abuse the waggle
2) Metroid Prime 3 - The best use of motion controls on the Wii, by far.
3) Super Smash bros Brawl
4) Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Contemporary Ocarina. Enough said.
5) Resident Evil 4 - The ULTIMATE port. Ever.
6) Zack and Wiki - A core title with a nice throw back to point and click.
7) Guitar Hero III - One of the best casual/core games on the market, any console. Very few games can have this level of broad reaching appeal and replay value
8) Boom Blox - Innovative, Fresh, Fun, non-intimidating. If every third party game was like this, there'd be a lot less complaining about shovelware on Wii.
9) Okami - A solid port of a magnificant game. Whilst it has issues, it's greatness is undeniable
10) Mario Kart Wii - Losing a lot of depth by easing the drift/boost mechanic, as well as the uber cheap weapons (blue-shell DIE). One of the few titles on the Wii to provide online, it's saving grace is that it is a fun game, just don't expect the best player to be the first to cross the finish line every time.
Honourable mentions:
Wii sport - The game that started the Wii-lution of gaming
Super Paper Mario - Throw back to 2D platforming that doesn't work as well as NSMB
De Blob - A solid game and a good 3rd party effort, I think it's greatness is exaggerated because of the lack of truly great 3rd party titles right now
EDIT: Whoops, I stopped reading at Top 10 xbox titles, so I assumed you wanted 10 wii titles.
Ah well, I'm not deleting it since I took the time to write it, y'all should read it :)
