Cool! Looks like you've got it to hit your budget perfectly!

That 9600GT is a very fast card for its price, its not too much slower than the 8800gt and its a really good reliable brand too.

For memory how about the BUFFALO D2U800C. And could you take a look at the electrical source if it's any good. The last thing I need would be a network card, but I forgot to mention that I'll use the one from the current PC.
