First: Zelda Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask
Second: Super Mario World

There are so many games I also liked (Earthbound, Mario Kart, Donkey Kong Country, Pokemon Blue...) but those top 3 are really the ones I enjoyed the most as a kid.
