Current Games = DS
Multimedia = PSP
Future games = It's a toss up, but I'm leaning more towards the PSP in that department...

Some of these could be considered not RPGs like PE3, and definately Dissidia. While it is a good number there is no doubt the DS has many many many more and of equal quality. I would say that it is a good amount though, and most of them are of high quality.
All I have to say is Phantasy Star Portable + PsP = March.

And i'm pretty sure that someone who has been following all the RPG's that are already available and that are announced for the DS could give you a list way bigger than that.

He never mentioned graphics, so why are you bringing it up?
The DS has more RPGs than the PSP.
i would say PSP seen as though you can use it for much more than games, succh as movies, music etc
