MGS4 will be coming to 360....just stop denying it and people will stop replying.
The Likely hood has increased in my eyes as the world is going into recession (or already is in one).
The cost of doing a port (even if a lesser equal) is far lower than making a new game, and they expose themselves to a much bigger market. Any good manager would be able to spot that high ROI.
