France is quite close, followed by Germany and Australia. I suspect that the DS will overtake the PS2 in that nebulous 'Other' region by 2010, especially if the DSi is counted as another DS.

Honestly, though, I don't think the DS will ever overtake the PS2 in the US. There's too much concern in that region over the DS being ZOMGKIDDY.

Most likely EU, I'm of the feeling that DSi was intended for EU growth spur vs Japan, however when it comes to what most Japanese do versus what most EU do when it comes to daily social routines seem similar enough that the additions could be the suppliment needed for both.
