Umm, how is Madden not going to reach a million? '08 reached 880k, and '09 is already 350k higher than '08 was in the same time frame. You really don't expect it to sell another 236k?

Well they know that yakuza2 will fail. the version we have in europe has japanese voices with english subtitles!!! How do you want a game to sell with that settings? Valkyria is on ps3, such as yakuza 3 and yakuza kenzan. VC is also a typical japanese game, such as Y3 and Ykenzan. But I think there is a good chance for this game to hit the us, but for europe, that's another story.

The only real similarity they have is that they are both from Sega. Also if they expect Y2 to fail, and then it sells great, that would be all the more incentive to get 3 out for the West. Would Sony look at the sales of Folklore to decide whether or not to release GT5 in the West?

EDIT: Sigma has 370k sales. What is it doing on Greatest Hits?

Just a quick question, are you refering to the Greatest hits/Platinum re-releases? if so, Uncharted is definately on it, i bought it a few weeks ago.

Is Uncharted on it? I'm not sure, I didn't pay much attention when I recently went to buy Sigma (which was Greatest Hits).
But this Wikipedia article seems to suggest that Uncharted is not on Greatest Hits. Strange.

you guys are forgetting Need for Speed, which is definately a short term million seller
Dead Space and Far Cry 2 have a good chance to move 1 million aswell (if they are as good as the hype) .. I'm quite sure Bioshock won't make it, especially not short term
don't know about Fallout 3 - too much quality software this fall
