LBP is full of win, The opposing fanboys are jealous :P

Metal Gear Solid 4 however was reviewed just as well as GTA4 and really did live up to the hype 100%. I am hoping LBP is closer to MGS4 in being the real deal. From my play time it certainly is to platforming games what MGS4 is to military action games; best in class.

To naysayers: try it first before you pull it down. Those who played and reviewed LBP most probably played games like Super Mario 64 before (who hasn't?), so they are in the better position to judge the quality of LBP overall, compared to people who haven't even tried it yet and just shoot it down simply because it wasn't from Nintendo.

+1

now are you saying that b/c of teh platforming or th level creation
b/c i could easily pass this game the best user created game
but for platforming i still have to go with SMG or SM 64

I know what you're getting at, but I'm a believer after the beta. I honestly believe that LBP is the best platformer I've ever played. I would have loved to see mario go in this direction when it went 3D. |
You would have loved to see Mario become a 2.5D platformer with a level editor when it went to 3D?
Huh...
(Checks and sees that Super Mario 64/Galaxy are still there.)
