When VGC ran the polls for each console here is how I voted?

Wii 45 million

360 25 million

PS3 20 million

So I'm going to stick by those numbers.

so you reckon the 360 will outsell the ps3 by 1 million from now until the new year? i don't see that happening some how.

Wii will probably be supply constrained... the PS3 may not break 20 million depending on the economy of the US and Euro going into Nov. I think the 360 will do well... probably hit that 26 million mark... I'm kind of hoping that they can keep pace with the Wii... I'd really like to see Wii's lion share of the console market go down... I was really hoping for a three horse race this time around.

I suspect that Nintendo will under perform and not reach 60M by year end for the Wii.

the 360 would have to average about 90k a week more than the ps3 from now until then for that to happen - and i'm not posting numbers because i seriously have no idea how it will pan out.

Xbox 360 - 25 - 26 million
PS3 - 20 - 21 million
Wii - 39 - 42 million
PSP - 42 million
DS (including DSi) - 95 million

That would go for all of us DOATS1. None of us here know how the numbers will pan out. We are simply taking our best guess.

Why the end of January? don't you mean the end of December (or the start of January)
