...When was the last time Cloud or any other steriotypical angsty hero goes on murdering sprees in-game?

Last I checked, Yuri was the only one that did. Vesperia deals with a far broader, more deep range of topics than any Final Fantasy I ever played. Yuri is about as evil as you could get for a hero in a JRPG.

But again, maybe Naznatips can remind me which Final Fantasy hero murders people.

Oh, come on. You know the meaning behind the kills was not a evil intent, but for wish that world will be better.

Mild ToV character development spoilers.

The point is, that in most games, when the steriotypical protagonist has the bad guy in a helpless situation, and the bad guy is begging for his life to be spared, the protagonist doesn't kill him in cold blood while he's begging for his life. Usually the bad guy pulls a gun or something, allowing the main character to kill him in "self defense."

Not in this game. Not only that, the game is knowledgable on this subject, and actualy uses it as a main theme of the game. It's not as critical as I'd like it to be, but for a jrpg to even explore these kinds of ethical decisions is a good thing.

Im not reading that Zen b/c I am not to beat the game because of my freaking 360 breaking. I don't have the cash to send it off to be repaired.

Great Impression.

But which do you prefer more, the 360 or PS3?

Wii.  Joking (sorta).  I like all my consoles, and despite many people's claims of the 2 HD consoles offering the same things, I get different experiences from all of them.  At the moment the 360 is probably my least favorite, but that's not really fair to say since I haven't had time to buy enough games for it for it to possibly compete with the other two.  I've already played it more than I played my original Xbox.

I bet I could look through your posting history and find you making those claims not so long ago.

lol, did you get the single red light of death over 12 months after you purchased it? I got mine at 11 months, lol.

Anyway, you do know that they will give you a shipping lable for free, and you just use a box lying around. It's free.

If you want to get your 360 repaired with 1 single red light, after 12 months, do this:

Send off for a RRoD coffin, via the website(don't talk to anyone). Write them a note in the box that says, "Hi, sometime my 360 has 3 red lights, and sometimes it has 1 red light. I bought it about a year ago, it was a gift. I need help! Please fix it, and email or call me at XXX-XXXX if there is anything else I need to do."

Then, send it off.

Fixed for free, as it should be. 3ish weeks.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

No, it's my video card. It's fried and I can't pull up any games. The screen tears in half, ceases noise, and I can't do anything.

I'm really screwed. It's been 16 months since my 2nd 360.

PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

Currently playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Fallout 3, Halo ODST and Dragon Age Origins is next game

You hate Kameo, too? I don't get what people see in that game.

I actually don't find Kameo that bad (from what I've played of it before).

It's simply not fun at all for me so far.   Only finished the first level though, so maybe it gets better.

Speaking of which, I know you said BD was better than LO but seriously play further into LO. The further you get the better. As disc 1 ends and 2 begins oh it's SO good. (where are you up 2). Also Halo 3 should be fairly cheap and you HAVE to play Ninja Gaiden 2. That is awesome.

I'm hardly judging Tales of Vesperia by "one or two games."  I've played every Tales game minus the spinoffs, and am well-versed in the franchise in both its 2D and 3D forms. I'm not too impressed with it in 3D however.
