Americas: 60, 000 A little more than usual. The ad campaign won't have such an effect.

Others: Well it depends. Here in the UK I've haven't seen one ad advertising LBP. However if Sony advertise it: 90, 000 and if Sony don't heavily advertise it: 60, 000

Japan: To me this is the key. I think however sales won't be that drastic. 15, 000.

Worldwide sales on LBP week: 165, 000 (If advertised heavily in Others)

135, 000 (If not advertised heavily in Others)

NA: 250,000
EU:280,000
JP: 50,000

Men, your(OP) prediction is quite biased. Even if didn't raise sales, there's Christmas season coming up.
Mine is ps3 sales on lbp week: 90,000 U.S
110,000 E.U.
20,000 J.P

So that's 220k WW.

look LBP will not be a system seller right away.

it will have a very good long term effect I feel.

did Pokemon Red/Blue sell GB's in their first week of release.....HELL NO

as they were brought....the brilliant word of mouth spread n reviews were great and as time went by they had legs as people brought GB's for them.

so don't expect LBP to spike Ps3 sales at all..in the first week. the Long term effect wil however be HUGE

Op why do you care about LBP, you've already made it clear that you didnt like it and that you think its repitive( which i by the way find kind of funny since you dont even own a ps3 and thus you havent spent alot of time with it)

lol guys he is talking about the PS3 sale not LBP sale, his prediction are actually actually fairly accurate imo. I think it will be closer to 150k in others with NA around 65k+
