Eh, if this happened in 2007, odds are that only 7,200 of those would've worked anyways LOL

really why do that here, and also that would have been the none functioning number not the working number if failure rate held still....

can you go to an aproprite place to bash the 360

.........Why were they en route from TEXAS to HONG KONG?

If anything, you'd think it was the other way around.

21000 repaired RRoDed units were on their way back to the owner?

Calm down man, I was just kiddin. I should've put lulz instead of LOL, that would show it was intended to be a dumb statement.

I really need to get this Sarcasm Meter fixed. It's been broken for weeks.

That would make perfect sense, since i'm pretty sure they get repaired in Mexico, based off what i've read in another article before.

"DHL for two containers of Xbox 360 consoles that sustained "impact damage, wetting, pilfering and shortage" after a derailment near Duke, Texas"

Destory 20,000 XBOX 360's [X]

SDF Mission complete.

Pilfering? So DHL was just opening the boxes and stealing XBOX's? Chances are if they had resealed the cases properly the other damage wouldn't have occurred. Or, and this is just a thought, instead of opening people's packages and stealing contents, you could just do the job for which you are being paid. Otherwise, people might as well just use the post office.

Dell had DHL deliver my wife's new laptop.
The first day, the driver left a ripped sheet of paper from the directions (from a web map program) for me to sign.
I was not going to let a $2,000 laptop be dropped off, so I stayed home from work. The person does not ring the doorbell, so I don't hear his knock. Luckily, I found the door tag (a real one this time) about half an hour after he left it. I called and got him to come back. He explained that since some people's door bells didn't work, he never rang them (not the sharpest tool in the shed).
I would not deal with them. And I find Microsoft's claims to be believable.
