Forums - Sony Discussion - Koei will release four popular MMO's games on PS3 begin 2009.

Uncharted Waters Online Getting PS3 Version

Koei's popular PC franchise Uncharted Waters is coming to the PLAYSTATION 3. The series is set between the 15th and 17th century and lets players manage a fleet of ships as they trade, hunt for treasure, explore and do pirate shit. And now, it'll be on the PS3. So there.

Service starts next year and will be on the same server as the PC version.

Found this on Kotaku.

I'd be more interested in Dynasty Warriors: Online if it wasn't that likely to have a monthly fee.

EDIT: And in case anyone was interested, they announced Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires as well (at least according to IGN).

Actually i believe Dynasty Warriors Online uses the Free MMO system.

Base gameplay = free.

Kickass items = money.

It will be only be out for Japan, China, Korea and Taiwan.

Nothing Interesting here. I've been waiting for the NA version of Uncharted Waters on PC since 2006. These will be Japan only probably.

I only know from the Orchestral Game Concert series that Yoko Kanno has composed some great music for Nobunaga's Ambition and Uncharted Warters.
