Nobunaga no Yabô Online (Nobunaga's Ambition Online)
, Daikôkai Jidai Online (Uncharted Waters Online)

and Mikunishi Online.

No idea how big the games are but I really want that Dynasty Warriors online game.

I'd be more interested in Dynasty Warriors: Online if it wasn't that likely to have a monthly fee.
