@ ultimate 23 , histoircal data would dictate that the 360 will likely return to similar levels of sales that it had beforehand also factoring the amount the 360 dropped since the price cut it would seem that it wasn't super effective. However this time round it could be different as I said before the 360 is the cheapest console on the market and that could sway a significant % of the percentage.

 Because it didn't get much of a boost for the amount it was slashed and its dropping... and a big european game got released so if that game didnt release it would have most likely dropped more. and next week it will drop more...

Because that's what it's doing. It dropped 21% the week after its price cut.

so does the 21% say anything about the future?

I console that has sold close to 8 million in others and you consider it dead, I think thats a little extreme



PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

oh no we are thinking,,,but that is what happened 3 months ago with the last price cut in the europe.it was high for 4 weeks and then it dropped back to normal(40K range)

Wait for Fable 2 and Gears 2,people... Also,do not forget about GTA4 episode 1 and Fallout 3 DL content. Banjo 3 for the casual market,offcourse. If you are saying that 360 will be overrun by the ps3 this Xmass with this much price difference and the software it dellivers,you are wrong.
