I own a PS3, but I'm already planning on wasting around 150 dollars on October for gaming.

It has rumble, and...
Ah, who am I kidding? It's double the weight, an extra 10 bucks and nothing else new.
Stick with Sixaxis.

Sixaxis =£20-$40
Dualshock =£35-$70

When 1 of my two sixaxis contorllers break then ill get a dualshock.

Untill then ill be sticking with cheap option you should probably do the same.

Well, I've had the DS3 since it came out (got a second one in June) and I haven't touched either of my SIXAXIS controllers since then. I didn't realize how much I missed rumble until I got it back, though.

If you can shop online, Amazon has a good deal; it's running about $44 at the moment.

EDIT: @ Kantor,

Yeah, the controller is heavier, (not twice as heavy though) but it's still incredibly light, and it feels better in my hands. I also prefer the actual feel of the casing itself, for some reason.

yh i might buy a ds3 for resistance 2 come to think of it.

This is bull$hit, DS3 cost $50 and sixaxis cost $45, DS3 is worth it

I don't care much for rumble, usually I prefer to play games without it (luckily it's easily disabled). But I also bought a DS3 controller in the hope Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 provide good support (for gunning and such and hopefully no strange implementations like vibration for dying, like I notice in many games).
