CoD4 GOTY edition for the 360 is scam. The site to claim the map pack has been down for over a month and will most likely not be back. (http://gameoftheyear.callofduty.com/)

I have contacted Activision and M$, they both say that its the others fault. I guess they think stuff it, we will just ignore any customers that buys our game from now on.

Its like when activision released GH3 on the wii in mono sound and just stone walled all their customers about the fact that the problem even existed. They only did something when the law suits came rolling in.

The whole system for claiming the map pack sucks, they give you a code to get another code. Why not just give the code straight away or better yet, print the new levels on the disk.


Im gonna report them to consumer protection for false advertising because the cover of the game clearly states Free Map Pack etc Im sick of these big gaming companies screwing their customers because its easy for them to that, than do the right thing.

Odd, none of my friends have complained to me about this, which they most certainly would do (especially seeing as I recommended that they should wait until the GotY edition came out... for the free maps).
