No. Sqeenix has said repeatedly "WE WILL NOT RELEASE THE 360 VERSION IN JAPAN!!!11one". Then again, they also said they wouldn't release FFXIII at all on 360, so who knows really.
GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
On the other hand I don't think SE want to establish reputations as liars , we'll find out eventually.

it would be shock -1 if they did.... since ya know it used to be 100% exclusive why would they not change there word again? its all about the yen people, unless sony payed something for it to be exclusive in japan, don't be surpriced if they port it in japan !
