Why are people you calling it SO4 when it has a name that is SO the last hope.

any how looks Great and Im getting it first day as i loved SO3 atleast before the story got nuts near the end. Gunna play SO 1 and 2 on PSP later this year to build up to this game next year.

For the same reason you just said "SO3" when the game is called: "Star Ocean: Till the End of Time"

SO1 (or SO): Star Ocean

SO2: Star Ocean: The Second Story

SO3: Star Ocean: Till the End of Time

SO4: Star Ocean: The Last Hope

Great post Anarchyz. I was about to say the same thing and you bet me to it. SO4 looks outstanding. Tri-Ace is certainly pushing the hardware with this game. Yet another JRPG to add to my 360 RPG collection.

It's a good day to be a 360 owner if you like JRPG's. As I don't, there's not much to be interested in here. The screens do look nice though, especially the third one down, nice lighting effects.

Looks amazing, why couldnt IU look that good?!

@bobo

you think that the 360 RPGS are bad because they are on 360 or because they are actually bad. I don't think Tales of vesp and lost oddessy are bad just not Epic. As a true gamer I am hopeful that every game that comes out is Good.

Never played LO or Tales but IU was a 100% piece of shit imo

LOL. No wonder you got banned. Dissing games you never played. To me LO is up there with FF7.

Damn you. I thought you meant direct feed video. I put a curse on your soul!

Just kiss the tip.

Most likely due to Star Ocean having a bigger, better budget.

More money has a way of making some games better, especially when your talking massive worlds like what Star Ocean and IU have.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

Looks like a great game for 2009. I picked up IU last week but still haven't had time to play very much, too busy playing Civ Rev (great game by the way).

Do we have any idea on the size of the game at this time? I really enjoyed the fact that I've been playing LO for over 70 hours and I still haven't gone to the end game yet.

agreed, I still play Civ:Rev every week to make it to the top ten of the "game of the week"- deity level - leaderboards (PS3 version obviously)
