The first wii version gameplay video's now up on IGN - sweet, i'll finally get to play Pikmin the way it deserves to be played.

For those asking for the new Pikmin. It's confirmed to be in the work by Dunaway.

Yikes, I'm not a fan of that price. Hopefully the NA versions will be a bit cheaper since the Gamecube sold better over there.
I like the idea of all of these except Donkey Kong. That game already had fun and inventive controls with the bongoes. Unless they've really thought up something great, I don't see how this won't be like the step backwards that was the waggle in Donkey Kong something or other mario kart like game.
But yes please on the Metroid Prime. Considering it's one of my favourite games, I'm quite curious to see it Wii-ified.
Of course, if the can accommodate Prime's weapon system with the Wiimotes fewer buttons, why did they have to gimp Corruption's weapon choices?
I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.
Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.
Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!
Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.
I shall be buying prime, having not got it on the Cube. I doubt i'll buy Pikmin 1/2 or metroid prime 2 due to owning them on the ol gc
stof, it wont be a problem, the only thing Prime 1 uses that Wiimtoe doesnt have is a c stick, which can easily be mapped to either the d pad or motion controls of the nunchuk
Im with stof on this one - 35 bucks feels like a bit much for these remakes - i feel that 25 or 30 would have been far more reasonable (roughly half of the regular wii games).
Granted, i still very much like the idea - killer 7 with wii controls would be awesome, but yeah....i dont like that price point.
also - @misteromar - im more of a fan of pikmin 1 actually. i feel it hard more charm than the 2nd game, and because of the split-screen nature of the co-op i dont know how well that would work with wii controls. but meh, you're right - people should probably get the latter over the first.
um..stuff

I'm guessing it will be cheaper in NA. In Europe, there aren't as many used stores, or old-game bins, and it is difficult to find GC games for under 25 euros. A slightly higher price for Wii-ified games seems logical.
In NA, they probably aren't going to be able to sell it for more than 25 dollars (assuming NA has as many used game bins and such as I believe).
