Best Looking: MGS4 (anybody who says otherwise hasn't played it)
Uncharted is a reasonably close second.

Worst looking: There are very few bad-looking games on PS3. The Orange Box was completely messed up by EA, though, including the graphics, so that gets my vote.

Of course, I'm sure there are games with worse graphics, but I haven't bought, played or even seen them.

From what Ive played as follows.

Best = GT5P

Worst = Vampire Rain.

In the making as follows

Best = Far Cry 2 then Resistance 2. (Sorry KZ2 the other 2 beat you.)

best looking (released): MGS4

worst looking: MX vs ATX untamed ... that game is such a graphical mess (atleast on the PS3), it blew my mind when I played the demo


and people - Lair was good looking, as was Folklore as was Genji 2 (ok nobody brought that up until now)

yea, the low res pixels really make Disgaea3 a worthy contender for worst looking PS3 game ... I wonder why they were too lazy to make them high res *sigh* - in X-Edge the characters are low res pixels aswell :*(

Best looking: Uncharted (it has the best graphics i have ever seen)
second best: MGS4

Worst: FEAR (PS2 game at best)

I believe MGS 4 also has the best game play as well as the best graphics on the PS3.

Best looking: Uncharted and GT5 prologue
Worst looking: Rainbow Six, Haze

from what ive played:
Best looking: Metal gear solid 4 = Gran turismo 5 prologue = Uncharted (i own all of them = 0 )
Worst looking: Sadly Resistance 1... i never experienced any of the other launch games... i loved R1 when it came out thou

What is with people saying Resistance, Folklore, Lair, etc are the worst looking games?  They aren't the best, but compared to games like Gundam Crossfire, Vampire Rain, and various licensed games, they look great.

Anyways, I'd say

Best: Uncharted or Wipeout HD

Worst: Gundam Crossfire

Best: MGS4
Honorable mentions: DMC4, Uncharted, GT5p.

Worst: Ninja Gaiden Sigma.

Best: Gran Turismo 5: Prologue

Worse: Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire!
