Yeah MS announced the 214% increase, but overall was a well timed price cut and should help them do well through christmas.



PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

The difference this time is the price cut puts the 360 at a mass market price $200 US.  That numbers is when sales really start to spike.  Also there is quite a price difference I know you get the wireless and blu ray with the PS but the average mother shopping at christmas is going to see the 360 vs the PS3 and see $200.00 Vs $400.00 you can see were MS will pick up some sales

This 214% rise vs. 2 weeks ago would point to the X360 jumping from VGC's sales number of 12,488 to around 39,000 this week in the UK. Very, very good numbers for the UK, as that'd put it right under the Wii :)
